چکیده
Biotransformation of bis-bibenzyl perrottetin F (1), isolated from the liverwort Lunularia cruciata by Aspergillus niger, has been investigated. New metabolites (2-4) have using reversed phase semipreparative HPLC and their structures were established to be 8-hydroxyperrottetin F, C-7-C-8 cleaved product, 6’-sulfate 1D 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, IR UV spectroscopy. The antimicrobial cytotoxic properties these compounds also evaluated. Given suggested parent compound, antiproliferative activity against healthy human lung fibroblasts (MRC5) carcinoma (A549) three evaluated revealing lower in comparison starting compound - F. evaluated, with inhibitory Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 Staphylococcus aureus determined between 100 µM 450 µM. showed remarkable ability inhibit synthesis bacterial quorum-sensing signal molecules such as short chain acyl homoserine lactones (AHLs). Therefore, biotransformation method represents fast effective tool for obtaining new bioactive structures.

Flavone Biotransformation by Aspergillus niger and the Characterization of Two Newly Formed Metabolites
Aspergillus niger isolated from Allium sativum was used at large scale fermentation (150 mg flavone/200 ml medium) to obtain suitable amounts of the products, efficient for identification. Then spectral analysis (UV, IR, (1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR) and mass spectrometry were performed for the two products, which contributed to the identification process. The metabolite (1) was identified as 2'-hydroxy...

In the present research, the steroidal anti-asthmatic drug beclomethasone dipropionate was subjected to microbial biotransformation by Aspergillus niger. Beclomethasone dipropionate was transformed into various metabolites first time from microbial transformation. New drug metabolites produced can act as new potential drug molecules and can replace the old drugs in terms of safety, efficacy, an...

Biotransformation of the sesquiterpene alcohol hinesol (1) with spasmolytic activity, which was prepared from the rhizome of Atractylodes lancea, was carried out by Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus cellulosae IFO 4040. Compound 1 was easily converted to compounds 2-9 by A. niger, and compounds 10 and 11 by A. cellulosae, respectively. Their stereostructures were established by a combination of...
متن کاملNovel metabolites in phenanthrene and pyrene transformation by Aspergillus niger.
Aspergillus niger, isolated from hydrocarbon-contaminated soil, was examined for its potential to degrade phenanthrene and pyrene. Two novel metabolites, 1-methoxyphenanthrene and 1-methoxypyrene, were identified by conventional chemical techniques. Minor metabolites identified were 1- and 2-phenanthrol and 1-pyrenol. No 14CO2 evolution was observed in either [14C]phenanthrene or [14C]pyrene cu...
